Bryan Boyce has been active in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Appraisal since 2002. As an Associate for Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, he focused on the appraisal of commercial properties in the Puget Sound Region until 2005. At that time, he moved to UBI Business Services from 2005 to 2007 where he continued to hone his commercial appraisal techniques while also acting as a leasing agent for Peralez Real Estate specializing in commercial and industrial properties. From 2007 to 2009, he was employed as an Associate Appraiser with Evergreen Appraisal Group where he learned to appraise residential properties for mortgage financing, divorce, and estate settlement purposes while receiving his General Appraisal Certification in 2007.
In 2009, Bryan Boyce returned to LHL Appraisal Associates and performed appraisals on a variety of commercial properties for clients located throughout Eastern and Western Washington. During that time he developed commercial and residential appraisal templates which are still used company-wide. In 2016, Bryan Boyce began employment with Broadview Appraisal where he specialized in commercial appraisal work in Whatcom County and throughout Eastern Washington. He returned to Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates in 2017 where he implemented statistical modeling into his appraisal reports. During this time he received his FAA part 107 Drone Pilot certification, allowing him to use drones during appraisal inspections. In 2018, Bryan left Lamb Hanson Lamb and founded Auric Valuations a full-service appraisal firm offering advanced appraisal solutions for a wide variety of property types throughout Washington State.
Bryan’s experience covers all types of assignments including mixed-use, office, retail, industrial, special-use, subdivisions, land, replacement reserve studies, and mobile home parks. He manages and performs complex assignments involving multiple locations and/or financial interests. Bryan has also trained and supervised multiple appraisers in both commercial and residential disciplines over his career. His educational background and experience in valuation encompass all major appraisal disciplines.
